Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we recommend that you do not complete the booking.

2. Eligibility and Reservations

  • Age: To make reservations through the website, the user must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

  • Data: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking (CPF, email, telephone).

3. Payments and Prices

  • Methods: We accept payments via [PIX, Credit Card, Bank Transfer].

  • Discount Policy: Advance bookings guarantee the promotional price. Payments made on the day of departure are subject to the counter price (without the 15% discount for adults, going from R$ 85.00 to R$ 100.00, for example).

  • Availability: Reservations are only guaranteed upon confirmation of payment. Customers who choose to pay upon boarding are not guaranteed a place if the vessel reaches maximum capacity.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • For the Customer: Cancellations made up to 24/48 hours in advance guarantee a 50% refund. Last-minute cancellations ("No-show") do not entitle you to a refund.

  • By the Company: Passeios na Amazônia reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary due to force majeure (government decrees, serious mechanical problems, or extreme safety conditions).

5. Climatic Conditions (Important for Manaus)

  • Our boats are covered (Ajato style) and safe. Rain does not prevent the tours from taking place, and the experience is not affected. Therefore, we do not offer cancellations or refunds based solely on common rainy conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Responsibility and Safety

  • The client agrees to follow all safety instructions from the crew.

  • We are not responsible for personal valuables left on board.

  • Passeios na Amazônia has passenger insurance as required by naval authorities, but it is recommended that tourists have their own travel insurance.

8. Right of Suspension

  • We may suspend or cancel any user's access to the site or prevent boarding in the event of inappropriate behavior, proven fraud, or disrespect towards staff and other passengers.

9. Forum

  • To resolve any issues arising from this agreement, the jurisdiction of the District of Manaus/AM is chosen.

10. Wildlife Protection and Environmental Ethics

  • Prohibition of Illegal Interaction: Touching, handling, or taking photographs of wild animals kept in captivity or in conditions of mistreatment by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

  • Illegal Activity Alert: Passeios na Amazônia informs that, in certain stops or communities, people unrelated to our operation may offer photos with animals (such as sloths, alligators, or birds). We emphasize that these practices are, for the most part, environmental crimes, and the animals are kept in precarious conditions.

  • Liability and Penalties: The client is aware that by condoning such practices, they may be held individually liable by environmental agencies and subject to fines and legal sanctions.

  • Guide and Agency Responsibility: Our guides and crew have a duty to reinforce the prohibition of such activities during the tour. The agency does not support, schedule, or strongly advise against any stop or interaction that involves the exploitation of animals by third parties.
